Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We are using HubSpot to create a robust database of our clients. We want to have all their contact details, personal interests, and more at the click of a button. We will also be using this for sales campaigns, and to know when we have last contacted someone so we can be sure to keep current.
Pros
- Integrates with emails.
- Keeps all communication within one place.
- Makes a sales campaign fairly easy.
Cons
- Cost of marketing contacts is a little high and annoying.
- Many times notes won't save for some reason.
- Report creation can be a little confusing when it doesn't do exactly what you want.
- Cleaned up our database which was a mess.
- Easily able to filter contacts to find the "lists" we want to target.
It's more playful and visually easy to use with the drag and drop pipeline, but Salesforce has a better analytics and reporting when I used it.
