Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We are using HubSpot to create a robust database of our clients. We want to have all their contact details, personal interests, and more at the click of a button. We will also be using this for sales campaigns, and to know when we have last contacted someone so we can be sure to keep current.
  • Integrates with emails.
  • Keeps all communication within one place.
  • Makes a sales campaign fairly easy.
  • Cost of marketing contacts is a little high and annoying.
  • Many times notes won't save for some reason.
  • Report creation can be a little confusing when it doesn't do exactly what you want.
  • Cleaned up our database which was a mess.
  • Easily able to filter contacts to find the "lists" we want to target.
It's good. Salesforce was a little better but we also had a much-advanced version.
It's more playful and visually easy to use with the drag and drop pipeline, but Salesforce has a better analytics and reporting when I used it.

HubSpot is well suited for when you want to pull all your contacts into one place and manage them easily. It's also easy to create a sales campaign where you can assign tasks to your Sales team and follow along easily in their sales pipeline. Really work well for a large number of contacts. Less appropriate, if you don't have a ton of clients that you need such a robust system.
