Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot for warm/hot leads on the sales side of the business. It really helps us keep track of all our contacts and is very helpful in the organization of things. It is mostly used on the Sales side but sometimes on the Recruitment side as well.

  • The connection to phone, sometimes the log pops ups.
  • Should be able to add same email more than one contact.
  • Task portion in analytics sometimes is off.
  • Leads
  • BSA signed
  • Follow ups
It is much easier and accessible and easy to use and learn how to use.

Like I said before, HubSpot is convenient and helps alot with the organization. I really have no issues with it.
