Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use it so that we all have access to information! We have our individual clients that we can email and text through HubSpot CRM and also have enrolled in different automated email sequences. Then, once they book, our swag shipper can send them the right swag by looking in our deals pipeline. Also, our accounting department can quick pull up our total sales and commission for reports and payout.

In terms of travel, there are actually much better CRMs, but this is the one that the owner of my agency knows and loves. For other purposes, this is definitely one of the better CRMs. A lot of them are stuck in the '80s, and it’s very apparent.

I love the deals organization in HubSpot CRM. It helps to show where people are in the process of booking. It also makes it easier for other departments to pull the information for reports. It is not suited for anyone trying to save money. The free version is super limited in what you can do and there is no middle ground option. The next level is $100 a month and that is not feasible for startups.
