Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it so that we all have access to information! We have our individual clients that we can email and text through HubSpot CRM and also have enrolled in different automated email sequences. Then, once they book, our swag shipper can send them the right swag by looking in our deals pipeline. Also, our accounting department can quick pull up our total sales and commission for reports and payout.

HubSpot CRM makes it so that all 200 agents within the company can use the same automation sequences for the sake of consistency. It also allows us to individualize things for our different clients by pulling information that the clients have inputted into forms. It is also easy for clients to switch between agents without having to resend all of their information.
