Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot CRM is used mainly in our Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing departments. It helps to give visibility of data, campaign success, and conversations to all parties. It has been a long journey to gain buy-in from users with the product, but once they started using it they were hooked. The pushback is generally that it is an additional tool for our organization and that small features in other products are missing.

Cons
- Snippet tracking.
- Ability to send later from an attached email.
- More intuitive report building.
- Enterprise is necessary and API has not been built yet with SAP.
- Cost savings in organizational tools.
Immensely. Our teams are able to work side-by-side on a project in a single system and get the whole picture. If an agent is out, the information is still available. If a new associate joins the team, they are able to see historical data previously unavailable to us.
We preferred the aesthetic and were already comfortable with HubSpot CRM.
