Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Currently only used by the sales team, predominantly for our B2B sales channel. It allows us to organize and keep on top of our accounts.
  • Management of tasks across the entire team.
  • Record keeping.
  • Integrations.
  • Better reporting.
  • Information and actions based on company, not contact.
  • Better support and explanations about GDPR.
  • Increased sales rep adoption.
  • Improved corporate memory.
  • Easier onboarding for sales reps and support.
It's fantastic. New users can learn how to use it very quickly and then expand their knowledge through internal training and HubSpot Academy.
HubSpot CRM is much easier to use and many more tasks and actions can be automated. HubSpot CRM also integrates with a lot more external platforms. I would say it's the user experience that HubSpot CRM has better than the rest.

It's a great tool for teams that are eager to have a CRM and will commit to it. If the team is resistant to the implementation of HubSpot CRM, the product becomes too expensive. You also need someone who had experience with CRMs or with HubSpot CRM in particular, to get it set up.
