Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Currently only used by the sales team, predominantly for our B2B sales channel. It allows us to organize and keep on top of our accounts.

- Better reporting.
- Information and actions based on company, not contact.
- Better support and explanations about GDPR.
- Increased sales rep adoption.
- Improved corporate memory.
- Easier onboarding for sales reps and support.
HubSpot CRM is much easier to use and many more tasks and actions can be automated. HubSpot CRM also integrates with a lot more external platforms. I would say it's the user experience that HubSpot CRM has better than the rest.
