Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Hubspot is our main CRM tool. We manage all our companies and contacts here, tracks deals, create offers, and also our marketing uses it for all automation and processes. Our Management Team has a great overview of all deals and can see the status. We also use it for forecast and planning.

Pros

  • I would like to create more individual alarms.
  • LinkedIn Integration.
  • Increase automation.
  • Increase pipeline overview.
  • Increase leads.
Easy to use. Not too complicated and the mobile App is also great. I know other CRM tools and they have too many functions and a bad menu at all. HubSpot is directly usable and the integration in O365 is awesome and easy to activate. We could add all fields we need for our company and also work with different sales teams with HubSpot!
More visibility for sales and marketing. We see all emails and activities for every contact. Now we can follow up leads quicker and we see what the customer download from our website etc. With the great reports, sales are able to get all information fast and easily. The lead process is highly automated and we don't lose time in sales.
U2 - was our old CRM tool. Not really modern and no mobile apps etc. No way for automation and to create a deal was painful. HubSpot is modern, easy to use and the integration in our O365 is awesome. But not too overloaded like Salesforce or other CRMs I worked with.

Hubspot is easy to use, fast, and high available SaaS platform. It comes with great functions like calling a customer directly in the browser, email and calendar integration, deal management and forecast overview, and a lot of possibilities for automation and processes. It makes the Sales job a little bit easier and also I can track all my activities automatically. The ToDo function is also very helpful!
