Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We have been using HubSpot CRM for over a year now utilizing dashboard reporting, sales pipelines, custom communication, live chat, marketing operational workflows, and so much more. HubSpot has been a massive proponent of our company and has helped us drive our business. The best part of HubSpot in my opinion is how customizable you can be with contact data points and automated workflows. Would highly recommend it for growing start-ups and small/medium sized businesses. The price point is perfect too.

HubSpot CRM has done a good job at better aligning our sales and marketing efforts for our company.
Very limited functionality from SharpSpring at the time (over 3 years ago). HubSpot's pricing plan for startups made it a no-brainer to give HubSpot a try.
