Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use the CRM to organize all of my prospective client data, and all external interactions. It's everything for me.

Pros

  • Templates.
  • Data organization.
  • Search functions.
  • Tasks.

Cons

  • Maybe a more customizable reminder or flagging system.
  • I couldn't do my job without it.
Things I need are in plain sight, and make sense - whereas with Oracle the systems were convoluted.
Our Marketing Team also uses the platform - I never have an issue with our workflows conflicting.

I've used other CRM, such as Oracle and this is by far the most user friendly. It's very intuitive, and works with, never against me!
