Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot Service Hub Professional as our ticketing platform to offer customer support through email and Facebook messenger. HubSpot enables us to streamline our processes, monitor our team’s performance, gain insight on customer satisfaction, and give better support to our customers. We are able to use the reports in HubSpot to see how we can further improve our service to our customers.

HubSpot is the first software for CRM that I’ve used so I cannot give a comment to compare first-hand. However, other people who have tried other software have recommended HubSpot as offering good value for money compared to other similar software packages. HubSpot gives more features at a lower price point.
I have no experience using the sales and marketing platforms of HubSpot.

HubSpot is great for bringing all the platforms where your customers reach out into one location, making it easier for the team to address all concerns. It still needs improvement when it comes to the ability to integrate and sync seamlessly with other apps and when it comes to [reporting] customization.
