Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot on a daily basis to create deals and track my performance in the dashboard.

Pros

  • keeps track of performance
  • sets tasks
  • creates deals

Cons

  • sinking with admin
  • it has helped me keep track on the revenue I'm making and what I need to do to improve it
very easy to use
it allows the marketing team to see the categories that the sales team is targeting and their overall success rate which allows them to come up with a decision on who we need to market and target our platform towards

well suited: I like using HubSpot when creating tasks as it helps me keep track of my work and schedules. not suited: it could be very slow sometimes and not sink the correct data
