Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot as is CRM for sales specifically. All of our outreach is based on HubSpot. We just switched over from salesforce. I like it better because of the automated emails and that you can see when a prospect looks into an email. It has made the process less labor-intensive.

Overall the user experience has been awesome. Much better than salesforce I would say. Salesforce should be used for 1000 person companies and HubSpot did a good job of managing smaller teams. If I had a business I would use HubSpot all of the time. Much better good job team.
