Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM to track the progress of leads, demo requests, form submissions etc. We keep track of their data, our touchpoints with them, previous communication, as well as their current stage. It helped us in our early stages by having a free plan which helped us get accustomed to it and now we are using it for our sales operations.

- We easily kept track of quotes given and previous lead interaction

We haven't really tried to align marketing and sales efforts yet. We have used it primarily for sales
HubSpot CRM was a better fit for us because it took Excel's functionalities some steps further and added automation and other usability on top of it. This was great to keep things simple. Compare to another CRM, to us HubSpot was more fitting because we don't use a lot deal flow and pipeline functionalities, but rather keep track of leads, communication, their stages etc.
