Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
The main goal of our marketing team is sales enablement. HubSpot helps us monitor the sales funnel and report on KPIs. We organize and store marketing content for our sales team to share with prospects and customers. Our team has also recently ramped up our presence on social media. We use HubSpot's social feature to monitor the performance of social posts. HubSpot has also helped us track where leads/prospects find our company and where they first interact with us. HubSpot's support team and knowledge base articles have been very helpful in getting the most out of HubSpot CRM.
