Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot to handle all our client's Support Requests. We are able to use this to communicate back and forth with users and are able to help customers serve problems as well. We also use the chat feature quite a bit to help have an instant point of contact to solve our user's issues.

I love the way HubSpot routes tickets to us. It is very customized to allow us to make different queues and route tickets to accounting, general, and other queues we have set up. We do not use all the HubSpot features but do think they also have great training materials as well.
