Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our company uses HubSpot to manage all workflow for sales. From quotations to outreach programs and managing samples tracking as well. Managing a large number of leads on conventional spreadsheets is time-consuming and difficult to manage follow-ups. HubSpot automates all our follow-up tasks so that no lead is uncontacted or left dormant for extended periods of time. I actively use HubSpot for 9 hours a day.

Pros

  • Sales turnover management.
  • Follow-up management.
  • Accurate data handling.

Cons

  • Some reports could be more detailed.
  • Options to bulk download all contacts and companies would be useful.
  • Shared reports could update more frequently.
  • Shorter deal cycles.
  • Efficient task management.
  • Data management.
Far superior with automation task options.
