Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot CRM to control base of our clients and save all informations about them.

Pros

  • Saving informations.
  • Connection with e-mail.
  • Researching data.

Cons

  • Recording conversations.
  • Control of the customer base.
  • Increased sales rep adoption.
I haven't used other CRM software before.
It works very well and helps us make a lot of future-proof tasks that can improve range of our action.

I don't see any scenario where HubSpot doesn't fit well. This product fits well in company and helps in a lot of ways. For sure it's perfect when somebody needs to work with a business client, describe conversations and make tasks for other colleagues.
