Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I know different departments of my company use HubSpot differently, but I find it most helpful for its email templates, workflows, and improved efficiencies when scheduling prospects and getting in touch with them. The email templates and tracking in particular I find to be the most useful. I can quickly create templates from emails I already sent and easily customize them to my contacts.
- Customizable email templates.
- Email tracking.
- Decent automated workflows.
- The integrations and syncs with Salesforce could be improved.
- The user-friendliness of creating workflows could be better (took a lot of trial and error to get it close enough to being easier than manual tasks).
- UI of the dashboard itself, can be a little hard to find things on their full dash, but their extensions for Gmail and Chrome are great!
- This has given me the perfect timing for one or two prospects leading to a closed deal I might not have gotten otherwise.
