Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
It is great to use HubSpot, the capabilities to upload contacts, build sequences to send emails, reminder tasks and is visually really good. User friendly and you do not need to have a lot of training. Marketing emails also are great to send to a lot of contacts. I have worked with Dynamics and Salesforce, by far I have had a better experience with HubSpot.
Pros

Cons
- You have to add contacts so sequences sometimes 1 by 1. Massive selection would be good.
- Build contact list is a little difficult because of the filters.
- We have a lot of properties for deals that we do not use.
- Shorter deal cycles.
- Revenue growth.
- Time savings.
We are a small team, and maybe I can do some things from marketing if given the access, but we prepared invitations for a webinar, I created the contact list and MKT sent the email, we were very connected and we had really good feedback and a number of attendees.
