Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to manage my contacts and leads. My daily use includes assigning workflows and follow up reminders, creating contact and company records, and emailing / calling clients. HubSpot allows me to always keep up to date with my follow up and make sure I'm not missing out on any correspondence.
  • Allows me to attach templated workflows to contacts.
  • Add notes, reminders and log calls.
  • Upload documents to contact records.
  • Share records and assign tasks to other user.
  • The ability to log call time and add it to reporting.
  • Better workflow-steps customisation.
  • Improved report charts with added visual detail.
  • Pipeline managent
  • Moving sales through the funnel
  • Helping to achieve sales overall increasing company revenue
HubSpot is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Some other CRM's are overly complex and clunky but HubSpot has a minimalistic user interface allowing any user to find what they are looking for efficiently. Personally, it only took me a couple of weeks to learn how to proactively use the software with no difficulties.
HubSpot has allowed our marketing and sales teams to effectively collaborate and share data. Because sales and marketing feed off each other the tools in HubSpot create a seamless transaction between teams to help improve overall business solutions and create more clients. Whether it be reporting, leads, contact management or advertising HubSpot covers all aspects.
None, I've only used HubSpot predominantly.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

I believe HubSpot CRM is well suited for any role/business that relies on curating a contact database that requires calculated and ongoing follow-up. Having the ability to build a database that is manageable will allow business owners to always stay on track and never miss out on important business growth. HubSpot would be less appropriate for companies that do not require a large database and are non-sales-focused. The software does require users to be fairly tech savvy so it's a matter of whether the staff would benefit and be able to proactively use the software to improve business solutions.
