Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot for all operations in the business. From prospecting, dealing with inbound leads, and tracking a buyer's journey to maintaining relationships. We utilize 80-90% of its functionality. We do run into problems with duplicate contacts as HubSpot isn't able to recognize phone numbers that are in a different format and when generating lists there are limitations with the data we would like to filter.

It allows both the Sales and marketing team to work together in order to generate reviews for the wider company. We are able to generate reports and lists for prospecting and marketing purposes to get people into our sales funnel which we can then look after them from there through emails and activities.
