Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it more for sequence and task management. It has made my work really easy and efficient. However, I feel it still has room for improvement.

What I love about it are activity tracking and custom reports. I have my email connected. It's easy to send email, make calls, reply to emails, and if you have LinkedIn, teams send InMails as well.

Not that easy compared to Bitrix24, need lots of clicks to reach a contact or to view the information. Workflows need more flowchart design.

It's more suited for small to mid-size businesses. There is a lot of room for improvement, especially for the price they charge; I would expect more.

I would recommend HubSpot CRM for B2B companies, which need more options in sequence and need more customisation in workflows.

Overall it's perfect for a small team.
