Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot has been a complete solution for all our sales and marketing use-cases. It has been crucial for us in terms of managing our sales processes and analysing different aspects of it. As a SaaS company, HubSpot helps us understand every minute detail of the sales pipeline and also helps us to make data-driven decisions based on the reports and dashboards that it facilitates us with. From a marketing standpoint, we have been using it primarily for email marketing. It has been absolutely amazing for us in that area and helps us create email campaigns of all kinds without any hassle. Surely, a must-have tool.

I think it's much easier comparatively to use HubSpot. I have used 3-4 other CRMs and have found HubSpot better in almost all aspects. From the ease of use to having quick customer support, it has been great in all the key areas.
The sync between our marketing and sales team has been any better and a lot of credit goes to HubSpot's ease of use. Sales team is aligned with all the marketing activities and proceed with their work accordingly. So, this sync has made our lives easier and we are able to analyse things in a much better way.

As per my experience, it's a perfect tool to manage all your sales and marketing use-cases. It makes it easier for us to analyze and then take data-driven decisions for any SaaS company where the sales cycles are usually longer. Helps to monitor team performance as well, especially for the sales team. Helps to check the effectiveness of all the marketing campaigns and again making data-driven decisions.
