Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Problem to create routine and sequences.

Pros

  • Send email.
  • Taking notes.
  • Easy to create new leads.

Cons

  • Connectivity with aircall.
  • Maintenance problems.
  • Bug on news deals.
  • Loose of leads because difficult to have an overview.
  • I don't have any ideas.
Until here I've only used Hubspot so I cannot really compare it with anything else.
It doesn't really help but I'm not sure that it's because of Hubspot I would say that it's more because of the dynamics of our 2 teams.

Yes

It's best suited for small teams who start a sales team, but at some point, it became really difficult because we need more features to be more relevant to the client. Here it's very difficult to manage everything on Hubspot in a way that, with aircall, the connectivity isn't that good.
