HubSpot: automation cooperation
Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I currently use Hubspot to keep and manage all business contacts. I also use Hubspot to help automate and track certain processes like emails. This allows me to troubleshoot different email formats and compare their success rates, automate my processes by creating tasks, and have a tangible way to review my past work.
Pros
- Email Tracking, it will show how many opens, clicks, and replies each email template gets.
- Categorizing contact lists. It provides an easy, quick search based on the characteristics of contacts.
- Provides an easy way to create tasks. Helps automate the sales funnel process.
Cons
- When using an email template, there is no paste option for the email itself.
- A bounce check for emails.
- Easier email formatting options.
- Customer growth.
- Overall business growth.
- Faster process.
HubSpot provides a unified layout but is still able to keep contacts separated between team members. Things do not get confused or lost among team members too often, and most questions are solvable without needing to ask the other team members. HubSpot has exponentially helped out team grow and improve together.
