Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We use HubSpot Sales and HubSpot Marketing to organize tasks, gather and analyze data, manage processes, and stay connected to our clients and business partners through automation. HubSpot provides tools to increase our touch points without increasing the workload. Tasks allow you to set a reminder with specific notes and post dates to when you need to address it. Using forms allows us to gather information quickly, whether it be for new clients or registrations for an upcoming event. Being able to customize our records makes the platform very versatile and moldable to our industry. Automation such as sequences and workflows frees up time and energy for our sales team to bring in more business without losing connection to current and past clients. Overall it's a very malleable and accessible platform with continuous development and many integrations with other systems allowing us to combine our efforts using fewer software systems.

It is important to carefully select the package level that will have the most return for the spend. For anyone wanting to use the platform, the task functionality is probably the most valuable to anyone using it. The email templates are very helpful and go beyond other platforms in their capability, setting up your subject with personal information automatically added to the subject or body. Similarly, the snippet function is wonderful for those having to repeat the same sentences in emails. Simply set up your snippet hashtag and use it to input that text when you need it without needing to copy and paste from a note or retype each time. On a larger scale, the sequence feature allows you to set up a series of automated emails that will continue until either the sequence ends or the recipient responds, which is a great feature for those needing to work for a connection and need to free up time from the simple and repetitive check-ins. Similarly, workflows allow you to send emails and take other actions automatically and specifically to a record, freeing up your time. We use these for review requests and many other regular tasks.
