HubSpot provides tools to increase our touch points without increasing the workload. Tasks allow you to set a reminder with specific notes and post dates to when you need to address it. Using forms allows us to gather information quickly, whether it be for new clients or registrations for an upcoming event. Being able to customize our records makes the platform very versatile and moldable to our industry. Automation such as sequences and workflows frees up time and energy for our sales team to bring in more business without losing connection to current and past clients. Overall it's a very malleable and accessible platform with continuous development and many integrations with other systems allowing us to combine our efforts using fewer software systems.
