Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Hubspot serves as our CRM for New Business, Client Relations, and Marketing emails.
Pros
- Hubspot's built in automation workflows are very easy to set up and use.
- Hubspot's email sequences, templates, and all around messaging out of the app and plugins are very helpful.
- It's very easy to create dashboards for individuals or teams
Cons
- Hubspots reports have a lot of room for improvement. They have gotten better over the past 4 years, but there is still a gap between some competitor reporting capabilities. Things like Activity reporting at certain deal stages, and Accurate Revenue tracking require custom set up.
- Hubspot has allowed us to move faster and scale our business 2x year over year for the past 3 years.
Hubspot has allowed us to create simple workflows that quickly engage Marketing leads and allow Sales to follow up with templated messages.
Hubspot is an all in one solution, while Salesforce requires bolting on every feature my team needs. Usability with Hubspot is also a lot more friendly than Salesforce.
