Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use Hubspot for most everything. It has my daily call and email tasks, it holds all my templates, contact information, and record of conversations, I use it to track progress through the sales process and how many deals are closed. Data records and analysis and more

Pros

  • records of conversations
  • reminders for upcoming meetings and tasks
  • sequence emails

Cons

  • inability to make a list of tasks based on certain categories
  • better organized
  • better reporting and tracking
Much better than any others I've used
it has helped us integrate and strategically reach center markets
