Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use it as my primary on-line tool to email and keep track of clients. It's a huge impact on my overall progress and sales.

It's the only CRM I've used like this.
It's much more focused on online sales, and SalesRabbit was more for door-to-door sales.

I find it very helpful to communicate with my customers, but it's not always helpful to meet through zoom. I also need help keeping track of companies I've created and forgotten about. The task feature is good and bad. I appreciate it, but sometimes i wish I could rank the tasks priorities.
