Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

As a Recruiter, I use HubSpot to keep track of my recruiting efforts via notes within the Roles function. I also use the Templates feature when emailing due to the wide variety of roles, location, and clients that I recruit for. The highly customizable Meetings feature allows candidates to self schedule their interviews with me. All of these features allow me to save time that can be used more efficiently!

HubSpot has been the most user friendly, customizable, yet comprehensive CRM software I have used. Every employee, in every department, at every company can have a variety of CRM needs based on their role. HubSpot allows the greatest flexibility to acommodate these diverse needs across industries, making the performance of job duties easier!

In my role, I have had minimal issues with the features I use in HubSpot. The main scenarios involve the features I mentioned previously, notes/roles/tasks, Meetings, and Templates. I have a large candidate pipeline and these features allow me to contact and move these candidates through the pipeline quicker.
