Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot to keep my sales database current and to send marketing emails. It's so much easier than reaching out individually to accounts when I can mass email them.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Instantly can see if an email has been opened
  • Tracks how many "clicks" or times it was opened

Cons

  • It very quickly reaches the notifications limit
  • I'd like a spot for multiple emails that can be used for "primary" instead of having to create two separate contacts
  • It has really saved us money by using digital marketing vs. direct mail.
  • No more wondering if emails are being read. Love that is shows whether it's been opened our not.
  • Time saver for advertising!
HubSpot is by far the most user friendly application we've used
Even when we are working remotely or in different areas of the office, we can see what's going on with the accounts!

It's great for keeping all the contacts in one spot. I love being able to email and reach out to multiple groups at once. I can find out instantly if someone has opened it. We have several users so we can all view each other's notes.
