Hubspot does a great job of allowing our team to stay up to date with each other and how they are interacting with prospects. We use Hubspot to send emails, track emails, take notes, and track our sales pipeline. Hubspot has helped us keep up with clients that are unresponsive and may have fallen off our radar without the tasks and reminders we can set using Hubspot.

- List filters are slightly confusing
- Unable to use a sequence to assign tasks to a different user
- Small customizations like link color are not available in individual emails
