Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use HubSpot CRM in our organisation for Funnels, sales management and contact management as well. It helps us follow up with customers which is a helpful because there are so many leads that come into the door. Following up customers and knowing which part of the sales cycle they are in is very useful in helping the business succeed.

The sales team gathers data for reporting and the marketing team is able to see which part of the sales funnel we are struggling at. As a result, we are able to interpret the data together. The marketing team are able to identify certain points of the sales cycle in which conversions are low while the sales team are able to communicate why that is the case. As a result, we are able to come up with solutions to help the marketing and sales team to generate more revenue.
I have not used another CRM before.
