Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

  1. All kinds of emails have to be visible. Even if they are not sent from Hubspot to the client
  2. The UI/UX can be much better. Rather than reading, id like to see call and email icons in the collapse mode to recognise them easily. May be different colors would help
  3. Its very boring to look at
  4. Hubspot needs to be a liitle more mindful of there things are. The categoris HAVE to be changed and re-organissed. Anything is simply anywhere. Please re-name and re-organise themm
  5. Better notification and better option of notifications. Its very restrcted right now. What if i want to activity feed to be emailed or put on a particular company page
  • Outgoing calls
  • Streamlineing and segregation of activites - Althought very boring to look at
  • Need email notification of activity feed and want them to be added as a new tab in Company view
  • UI/UX - Very very very poor. I mean, CRM should be such that I look at it and i shpould know what i have done in the last 10 days. Here i have to read through it. Need more colors
  • Too many bugs and frequent breakdowns
  • If a company is hidden from the user and the user has set a sequence of tasks. The task is broken down and needs to be continued individually.
  • Overall inc in productivity
I am more inclined to Pipedrive over hubspot at the moment
Pipedrive is much better,. Its simpler to look at. UI/UX needs to be much better
