Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use hubspot as a daily task to call and book appointments. I keep track of my leads and create notes on their profile to follow up with. I Book zoom calls through hubspot via Zoom. With the large amount of leads i have hobspot helps me stay organized and keeps me efficient in my daily tasks.

Pros

  • Keeps track of my daily tasks
  • helps my organize my leads
  • gives me the ability to create future tasks

Cons

  • Glitchy at times
  • The call and SMS buttons are too close together and could be color coded for easier identification
  • Remove the audible tone when calling
  • keeps me organized
  • saves time
