Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I mainly use the HubSpot CRM for adding new students to the system, I also set up tasks for the trainers regarding their students, we also used the Professional pack, this is amazing as it lets you create your own dashboard so you can get access to reports on sales/converts etc. I would highly recommend HubSpot CRM to other companies.

Pros

  • Reports
  • Easy access to customer files
  • HubSpot CRM support is great if your not to sure on how to create reports etc

Cons

  • It would be great to access the sms function on HubSpot CRM currently not available in Australia
  • We moved from the Professional to the Starter pack and saved a lot of money as we weren't using it to it's full potential
Very easy to use compared to other CRM's that I have used, and the support from HubSpot CRM is fantastic, they are always happy to help.
Unfortunately we don't have a sales team or marketing team, again really only used HubSpot CRM for creating contacts and setting up new students, we did do a lot of marketing campaigns when we had the Professional pack

HubSpot CRM is great and easy to use, I only really use it for setting up customers and setting up tasks, however I did have a trial of the Professional system and found that to be very useful for pulling reports. As mentioned I would highly recommend HubSpot CRM to other companies and users
