Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I generally use it to keep track of the deals and customers, record all of the requests and feedback, monitoring the health of each deal. HubSpot is a great tool for analytics and statistics, it got lots of integrations that help automate my workflow. Overall i could combine all of the services I am using daily in HubSpot.

Pros

  • Integrate with other services/software/websites.
  • Calculate statistics and build useful diagrams.
  • Manage your communication with the client

Cons

  • More options of editing meeting links, improved round robin meeting links.
  • HubSpot helped us improving the communication with the client, efficient follow-up
  • Increased customer flow
  • Better reporting
HubSpot is a great tool, the previous CRM I used was done house, it was created by in-house developers that adjusted it to the company's needs and I cannot compare it to HubSpot but, overall HubSpot is a great software that helped our team improve the workflow very much.

HubSpot is great for interactions between departments, we are able to leave notes and descriptions, monitor email/phone communication, understand the need of the customer, and react promptly using the system. It also helps the Management to track the performance of the employees. HubSpot helped a lot in marketing analytics, it helped us adjust the targeting and the content.
