Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I've been using HubSpot CRM for a while now and can't suggest others to use this tool. The clarity it shows gives everyone on your team the knowledge, so members know what you are working on, when you last contacted them, set up email sequences, set up tasks etc On the management side, the reports can are top tier, showing the activity of the users in incomparable. Would definitely recommend this CRM system to any business.

  • We have other ways on tracking this so we dont really use it for this reason
I rate it highly, pretty user friendly with lots of features
Only the sales team use this as of now but we will be getting the whole company on this soon, we were kind of the guinea pigs
