Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
HubSpot is integral to the operations of the B2C team. We use it constantly for CRM management, calling potential students & for reporting purposes.
It is an all in one package so to speak, as we use it for everything for all different aspects of the sales process and for me personally is easily the best CRM I have used, above SalesForce, Freshsales, among others I have used in the past.

Pros
- Sequences, effortless & efficient
- Calling, I don't even have to leave the page!
- Integration, our softphone application integrates into the CRM effortlessly and leaves for nothing desired
Cons
- Nothing really, personally I don't have access to all features but that is just an access issue, not a HubSpot one
- Nothing else!
- I cant be sure on numbers as I am only new. However, it has increased my productivity from my last company at an immeasurable rate.
We work very closely with our marketing team as they provide excellent leads for the sales team to chase up. Hubspot makes it a seamless process where in reality we don't even need to be in contact with marketing much as everything is automated with HubSpot.
