Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
Fully integrated in our sales work - database for leads --> contacting (calling, emailing, logging) --> following up --> closing deals.
Main problems to solve are to structure the work within the team among many open projects and managing sales pipelines.

Pros
- Easy to use and learn
- Contacting/tasks functions are smooth
- Integration with Google suite is crucial and works usually very well
Cons
- Feels like it's made for one type of business, so we can't use all the functionalities because they don't suit us
- Sequences are not bullet proof - a lot of the times the sequence keep going and sends emails even though we got a response from one person at the company - this makes us look quite unprofessional
- There isn't a good pipeline overview, for example that you can create in Excel. I want to see who is in what stage and the full status of one project or for one rep, based on different lists for example. Since our leads can be relevant in several different lists we can't use company properties for example, because it is too messy. We want to stop using excel but it's simply not possible since Hubspot pipeline/funnel is not clear enough.
