My company use HubSpot CRM for managing sales and also tracking if an email has been view. Thumbs up for that feature.
- Giving notification when someone views a mail
- Giving multiple options for contacts info
- Getting access to information of a company by pasting the website. It makes the job easier
- Prompting you when a data has already been captured
- Had a challenge whereby internet was great but couldn’t access HubSpot CRM for sometime
- In my opinion, The mobile app is more complicated to use than using laptop
- Forcing user to use a different device to verify her account, what if the user has just one device to access HubSpot CRN

Other crm software my company has used are so complicated and it took us days to fully understand certain features. Also, HubSpot CRM gave us details of the company just by inserting the website making it easier to know the exact details we’re looking for. Moreover, it made work easier because you could mail an individual using the software.
