Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We bought the enterprise version of HubSpot in conjunction with SalesForce enterprise as our CRM. HubSpot was used to publish and manage social media, manage all inbound and outbound marketing lead generation activity, and automate processes and the connection between marketing and sales teams.
Pros
- Monitoring the activity of known and unknown leads.
- Lead scoring based on activity.
- Automating lead generation workflows.
- Managing attribution.
Cons
- Reporting wasn't as granular as we wanted and forced some manual data extraction.
- Pricing model, I like the modular, but it's a big jump from the basic.
- Improved productivity in the lead generation team.
- Increase in the quantity of marketing qualified leads.
- Increase in the quality of sales qualified leads.
It took a while, but numbers talked to the sales team, and once the platform was in place and the leads were being produced, the sales teams got on board, and meetings became more aligned and focused on how we could work together on the next campaign.
At the time of selection, HubSpot had a better user interface, integration capability and combined functionality of several marketing tools in one.
