Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

We bought the enterprise version of HubSpot in conjunction with SalesForce enterprise as our CRM. HubSpot was used to publish and manage social media, manage all inbound and outbound marketing lead generation activity, and automate processes and the connection between marketing and sales teams.

Pros

  • Monitoring the activity of known and unknown leads.
  • Lead scoring based on activity.
  • Automating lead generation workflows.
  • Managing attribution.

Cons

  • Reporting wasn't as granular as we wanted and forced some manual data extraction.
  • Pricing model, I like the modular, but it's a big jump from the basic.
  • Improved productivity in the lead generation team.
  • Increase in the quantity of marketing qualified leads.
  • Increase in the quality of sales qualified leads.
Once you learn the lingo and convert your processes to match the HubSpot best practice (handy university included in the platform to help you do this), it is very self-explanatory. They have great customer success managers who check in on a regular basis to help you achieve your goals.
It took a while, but numbers talked to the sales team, and once the platform was in place and the leads were being produced, the sales teams got on board, and meetings became more aligned and focused on how we could work together on the next campaign.
At the time of selection, HubSpot had a better user interface, integration capability and combined functionality of several marketing tools in one.

If you have the budget and a dedicated resource to drive engagement, then this is definitely the best tool on the market. I have used many different platforms, and this is by far the most intuitive and easy to use. It integrates well with many other platforms and CRMs and is really the one-stop shop for all marketing tools in one hub.
