Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

I use HubSpot CRM to manage my sales pipeline and get verified results from my contacts. A problem I had before using HubSpot was not knowing if my emails were being opened and referenced multiple times by the recipient. Knowing this allows me to set scheduled emails based on opens, and it also lets me know a specific time for a follow-up call or email.

The overall usability of HubSpot CRM is ideal for my small business. The price point fits our budget. The rate of return aligns with my expectations. The insight the platform provides is probably the benefit of the platform I appreciate the most. Knowing the message was opened, read, and referenced and seeing the click count is how we base our close-of-sale calls and emails.
ZyWave provides valuable insight into specifics on the insurance industry, but it doesn't manage contacts, emails, or anything like HubSpot does. ZyWave is more of a directory and not editable, whereas HubSpot comes empty. You populate it with your contacts and companies. However, having both platforms work hand in hand is a valuable tool for closing a sale.

If you want verification of the contact's actions and understand the value of tracking your reach, you will definitely like using HubSpot for your CRM. The price point is excellent as well. I enjoy creating a contact quickly, adding the company info, starting my communications, and watching the results. This CRM gives me time for follow-up calls and emails based on user tracking.
