We use it to track and manage sales-related communication. For example, we can use it to track leads generated by various methods including Hubspot, send a targetted mailing, measure the pipeline, project future sales (if we use it consistently). We rate leads generated by industry, company size, geography, and accounting system used.

Very strong alignment. This is probably the best tool for aligning sales and marketing. But some companies don't believe in doing that. If you believe in alignment, it is worth looking into. If you just want to speed up your salespeople, not.
