Overall Satisfaction with Human Interest

401k provider.
We are legally obligated to provide a 401k for our employees and Human Interest does that for us.

Pros

  • Links to our payroll company
  • Provides me with an account manager that answers my questions
  • Honors their commitments

Cons

  • Originally my account manager was slow to respond, but that has already changed.
  • I'm not able to print a monthly invoice without asking my account manager. It should be available on the website when I log in. Maybe that has changed??
  • We are a small private school and financially we aren't able to match employee contributions. Unfortunately we are only doing this because it is the law. So it is actually an added expense for us.
Overall, I have been very pleased with their serve.
