Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have been using IBM Cloud Pak for Automation for a short time, but the solution is very fancy, allowing us to automate tasks in various Cloud services. IBM Cloud allows us to migrate existing automation environments without modifying the application. The service is currently only used in one department but we plan to expand on this.

The implementation was very successful. It was not easy, but the project was carried out according to the project schedule. IBM Cloud Pak for Automation can help digitize all aspects of business operations very easily also in a multi-cloud environment. This solution allows us to create and run applications and services for automation.

I think that this solution is quite good, but a few elements can be improved. For example, simplifying the initial configuration. IBM is very good at deploying services, configuring, and optimizing resource allocations. We also use this tool to test different kinds of scenarios in a multi-cloud environment. We use IBM for automating steps in your end-to-end workflow.
