I was not directly involved in the integration process but whenever I had an opportunity I would reach out to the onboarding teams and what I learned was its really simple to onboard IBM FileNet Content Manager and deploy it within an hour. And then there is IBM support team which is just outstanding in handling any questions we throw at them.

IBM FileNet Content Manager is a much superior product compared to anything in the market, IBM AI is really great and the ability to automate is really awesome. We also use other IBM products such as RPA and it integrates seamlessly. Compliance is really the USP of IBM FileNet Content Manager.
