Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo Application Suite

We are an business partner and use IBM Maximo Application Suite to provide end to end solutions for our customers for a number of industries and sectors. The problems typically solved include work management, asset management, health and safety to name a few. These solution are all used to drive automation, increase productivity and reduce downtime.

  • Monitor provides a limited feature set for the price
  • The mobile app is free but offers significant issues when implementing
  • Heath has no easy way of migrating functionality between environments
  • Improved traceability of work
  • Repeatable processes based on best practices
  • Reduced downtime of my assets
Work Management, Asset Management and inventory management. The health and safety functions provide a deep feature set catering to industry specific problems. The AI assistant shows promise by democratizing asset data for non technical users who can greatly benefit from the solution. The asset hierarchy is really useful too. You can always build out more.
IBM Maximo Application Suite’s capabilities allow us to craft holistic solution for a broad range of customers - from mining, to manufacturing, to water utilities, to electrical utilities. IBM Maximo Application Suite has a broad range of capabilities that allows a good degree of depth for us to configure to the specific needs of the customer.

IBM Maximo Application Suite is well suited for a number of asset management use cases for asset intensive industries. These solutions range from asset management, work management, inventory management. The areas that require improvement are on the asset performance management use cases (APM) such as monitor, health and predict - all areas with real time data.
