These servers provided an API interface that was simple to use and also had a high level of trustworthiness in terms of security. With small latency and a high reaction time for many websites, email servers, etc., it was ideal for hosting. Our company made advantage of this cloud-based technology for both app and program development.

- It's a lot more expensive than the alternatives out there
- Every now and again, a server upgrade might bring down the entire system

The customer service provided by the company's technical department is excellent. My intention is to keep using it. A government customer is using IBM Power System Virtual Server for AIX/Linux to operate, install, and manage many applications and services for a Twenty million-plus user base.
