Overall Satisfaction with IBM Process Mining

I like to use business system data to create and visualize a global process that includes all the process activities involved along different process paths. Therefore, our business can easily analyze the discovered process to gain actionable insights to improve business operations. The support team is very easy to use, reliable at all times, and supports at all times.

The process is completely automatic and is an important advancement because we are able to visualize errors right away and have the possibility that they will not reappear. In this case, this process troubleshooting system is the best with advanced features to solve problems that we don't see manually.
