Overall Satisfaction with IBM Robotic Process Automation
Our company has deployed IBM Robotic Process Automation for both simple and complex automation operations. It has significantly decreased the amount of work required for automation, and we have used machine learning techniques for the time-consuming, repetitive operations. We increased our productivity and workflow by automating repetitive, difficult, and easy operations.
Pros

- To give it a more contemporary appearance, the user interface might be enhanced.
- It might be made even more adaptable by including more reporting features.
- The debugging tool occasionally fails.
- Saved us time that we could have spent performing repetitive tasks.
- It saved us a lot of money that we would have spent on workers for these tasks.
- Allowed us to focus on the things that really required our attention more than those tasks.
The software is pricey. Small-business implementation proved challenging. The program was far more challenging to implement with our software than with IBM Robotic Process Automation; therefore, I don't think it's worth the money. As a result, production was not greatly increased. It wouldn't yield a good return on investment if a small business paid for it.
